Hallelujah! All your hard work is paying off. Graduation is on the horizon. There actually is a light at the end of that never-ending dark tunnel. You’ve worked so hard for this moment, but your work is not done.

Now comes the really fun and stress-free part (hint of sarcasm there)… the job search for your first job!

Where do you start? When do you start? Where do you look? What to wear? What to say? SO many questions!!!

For all those students on the cusp of graduation. Here are some tips to help you with your job search for that very first Nursing job!!!

1. Portfolio
2. Letters of recommendation
3. Feathers in your cap?
4. Job experience?
5. Practice the act of interviewing
6. BUY AN OUTFIT
7. Apply anywhere and everywhere
8. Reach out for help
9. Internships?
10. Be OK w/ not getting the job, but don’t take no for an answer
