This reminds me when a young resident came to me, pulling out me out from another pt&#039;s room. &quot;His blood is backing up. Hurry, he can&#039;t afford to lose blood!&quot;

To ease her panic, I just went with her and showed her the label of the bag infusing. It was Iron. It&#039;s always the color of blood.
