It’s a funny thing.
We nurses’ never seem to be happy.
If it’s a slow day on the floor, we’ll complain we’re antsy and bored.
If it’s a busy “I-forgot-to-pee’ kinda of day, we’ll complain we need a break.
Karma can be a bi@c#. 
I was concerned last week that I missed a lot of hours due to a low census.
Then the past 2 days I was at work for 14 hrs and 15 hrs respectively. I got home last last night, attempted roughly 5 hrs of sleep, and now I’m up early for another shift.
And I started to almost complained. 
Go figure.
Is it time to go home yet? LOL

Haha you are definitely right about this.
It’s funny how no one ever wants to say the “Q” word even though they are bored out of their mind. But then when things start to get busy again, they complain because it is busy.
Ain’t that the truth! You’re damned if you do and damned if you don’t. We are all so guilty of this.
