The latest installment of Change of Shift is up over at its home base Emergiblog, with it’s creator Kim as host.

This is the anniversary edition. Change of Shift Blog Carnival is celebrating its 3rd anniversary and starts its 4th year. How awesome is that?!

Kim has once again moved mountains. To celebrate and inaugurate this years CoS she revealed the new Change of Shift logo:
