We nurses have a strong passion for our patients. Sometimes we can go overboard when it comes to advocating for our patients, especially when we feel the patients needs aren’t being met.

This is what not to do. (Shout Out to ER Stories)

    1) Avoid interpretative statements
    2) Write based on directly observed facts
    3) Use quotation marks
