Since when did the 1st amendment have stipulations depending on whose side you were on?? Amazing.
*UPDATE* Seems the zoning ordinance violation has been rescinded. Funny how that works ehh?

PS-You have to ask what the city authorities had done had this person hung out a Cleveland Browns banner….probably would have had them committed to the State Mental Facility!

I have not been on the side of the ACLU on too many discussions it seems like in this post 9/11 world, but I have to say that this is just stupid. There is nothing obscene or in poor taste about the sign. I cannot imagine a local government wasting time and tax dollars on this situation.It really seems weird that it involves the Steelers, because they have a huge following even outside of the Keystone State.
