		<description>I don&#039;t think it&#039;s any of the above. You&#039;re a nurse and when things &#039;level out&#039; you always are looking out for what&#039;s ahead. It&#039;s nothing but a good thing. I think we all need to keep our eyes looking for what&#039;s ahead. Looking for that change.

Just last night as I was falling asleep, I said to my husband &quot;I feel like we&#039;re on the verge of a huge change, but I&#039;m not sure what it is...&quot; and we talked a little bit about how we&#039;re both kind of stressed over it, too. Ironically, things at work have NOT been changing and thus I&#039;m in a little bit of a rut...although I&#039;m looking forward to some things we discussed in my year review. But it&#039;s just funny that we fight so hard against change...while at the same time feeling frustrating and stagnant when things stay the same too long. :) Or maybe it&#039;s just me...!</description>
