Discovering that Money is NOT a Good motivator

Thanks to my great Twitter friend and fellow nurse Phil Baumann for sharing this insightful video about what motivates us at the workplace.

The video is a tad long, but well worth the information. It seems that research has shown money isn’t the motivation we thought it to be.

    Also what does ff then a list of twitter names mean? I keep seeing it but do not know the significance. Thanks Sean.

    I watched this. I agree. I stayed at my job as L&D nurse for the autonomy and the satisfaction. When that was taken away, I eventually left. We nurses can be given a lot of autonomy by the Docs we work with when we develope a relationship with them. Unfortunate that management and legal jargon mess up that relationship.
