You scared the crap out of me. I just read, ''when the defib pads don't work.” I thought shit how can that happen we check them every 24 hours. But I remember a trauma at a major Boston teaching hospital that occurred without lights because the bulbs in the big light broke and none of the nursing staff or ancillary staff knew how to replace the big bulb. How embarrassing!
