This is a great wake-up call. A lot of these are mistakes we all make, and don’t fess up to.
It’s time to ‘get real’.

    Yes, in the end, what you eat wins out every time.

    It just goes to show how pivotal diet is in our judging how healthy we are, how fit were are on the insides. I see it as 80% to do with your diet intake, i.e. your protein consumption and carbohydrates consumption, keep protein high as well as low carbs, will result in great results.
