What was your excuse for not exercising?

I’m wondering how your excuses can compare to a mom of 39 weeks pregnant? She still has the time/energy/will to exercise – and at a high level none the less!

I think that many people thinks that while doing exercise they become weak or like so.I also think so but when i started, then i realize that i was wrong. It actually gives us positive energy and keeps us active for whole day.i think everyone should give some time for health or fitness.
