You have to respect all things Yoga. It requires a level of self-control and body awareness that reaches far beyond bones, muscles, tendons, ligaments and nerves.
One of these days I’m going to take the plunge and try it.
One of these days…
I made the plunge and started doing yoga about 3 months ago mostly through one on one sessions. The physical benefits are amazing, but the mental benefits are why I keep going back. It is the balance between that mental and physical which has been missing in my world. Simply awesome.

I have heard many great things about the balancing benefits of yoga for years. I think I share the same fears as most people, I’m afraid of making a fool of myself. I think once school is finished I’ll seek out a facility, to at least give it a try.
