Excuses? Ignore the nay-sayers

Tom Rinaldi reports on the life of Richie Parker, who overcame being born without arms to become a chassis and body component designer for Hendrick Motorsports.

I have tough moments in my life. Stressful experiences. And yes – maybe even have a little self-pity once in a while. Sometimes I can hear the voice in my head screaming “Why Me?!” after a bad shift, or a tense interaction.

Then I watch the above video and realize there are other human beings who share the same soil as I who have figured out a way to rise above that and more.

An absolutely amazing inspirational story about not giving up, not settling, and never listening to those who aren’t there to elevate you.

Bravo Mr. Parker. Bravo.

So. Did you say you didn’t have time to increase your fitness??
